libceres1 software package provides nonlinear least squares minimizer (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libceres1
libceres1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libceres1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libceres1 *
You will get with libceres1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
